How can I cancel my booking with Gozo?

You may cancel your booking at anytime.
Bookings cancelled within 24hours of pickup time will incur a cancellation fee that will be charged to your account. If you cancel your booking greater than 24hours before your pickup time, the booking may be cancelled at no charge.

Please DO NOT CALL the helpdesk / reservations desk for cancelling bookings as these bookings cannot be cancelled by the representatives. You need to login to your account to cancel your booking.
