You said you have escalated the issue regarding the attached booking, what's the update?? 

Remember I have spent 8500 rs extra due to ur failure and false promises consecutively thrice in a days.. 

Also I got a message from gozo to my WhatsApp.. Attached the same. 
Please reply those questions also

What's the resolution time?? 

I was said over phone on 20th April by ur person that this has been escalated to zonal manager and the resolution will be in 24-48 hours, All lies? 

You didn't even bothered to call back me or contact me, I had to raise a new ticket
